Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kaleb Auto Glass LLC (“Kaleb Auto Glass,” “KAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and certain services requested through it.
By using our website or submitting a service request through it, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information on our website. However, website information is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.
Vehicle glass availability, pricing, service availability, and other information may vary depending on the vehicle and circumstances.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided online, over the phone, by text, or through our scheduling system are based on the information available at the time the quote is prepared.
Quotes may be subject to verification of the vehicle, VIN, glass options, sensors, cameras, moldings, attachments, required parts, service location, and other relevant factors.
If information provided by a customer is incorrect or incomplete, the final price, required parts, or service availability may change.
We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible before completing the affected work.
3. Appointments
Appointment times and arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, glass availability, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may contact you regarding scheduling changes or updated arrival information.
4. Mobile Service
Customers requesting mobile service are responsible for providing a reasonably safe and accessible location where the requested work can be performed.
We may postpone, relocate, or decline service when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, including severe weather, insufficient working space, unsafe traffic conditions, or other circumstances that could affect technician safety or installation quality.
5. Vehicle and Glass Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when requesting service.
Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), vehicle features, photos, or additional information may be requested to identify the correct glass and related components.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, incorrect parts, rescheduling, or changes to the quoted price.
6. Customer-Supplied Parts or Glass
When Kaleb Auto Glass agrees to install glass or parts supplied by a customer, Kaleb Auto Glass does not warrant the customer-supplied product itself.
Additional terms, disclosures, or waivers may apply to customer-supplied glass or parts and may be presented for acceptance before service is performed.
7. Windshield Repair
Windshield chip repair is intended to improve the structural integrity of damaged glass and reduce the likelihood that existing damage will spread.
A repair may remain visible after completion.
Because damaged glass has already been structurally compromised, a chip or crack may spread during or after an attempted repair. Additional repair-specific terms or waivers may apply before work begins.
8. ADAS and Recalibration
Certain vehicles contain cameras, sensors, or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) associated with the windshield or surrounding components.
Kaleb Auto Glass does not represent that windshield replacement automatically completes any manufacturer-required calibration.
When recalibration is required or recommended, customers are responsible for ensuring that appropriate recalibration is completed unless Kaleb Auto Glass expressly agrees in writing to provide or arrange that service.
Customers should follow the vehicle manufacturer's requirements regarding ADAS calibration.
9. Workmanship and Warranties
Any warranty offered by Kaleb Auto Glass applies according to the specific warranty terms communicated for the applicable service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranties relating to workmanship do not cover damage caused by subsequent impact, collision, vandalism, misuse, pre-existing vehicle conditions, rust, structural defects, modifications, unrelated mechanical or electrical failures, or other circumstances outside our workmanship.
Manufacturer defects or warranties relating to third-party products may be subject to separate terms.
10. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided for the applicable service.
Available payment methods may vary. Customers are responsible for charges they authorize for services, parts, fees, and applicable taxes.
11. Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions
Vehicles may contain pre-existing damage, wear, corrosion, aftermarket modifications, weakened components, or other conditions that can affect automotive glass work.
Kaleb Auto Glass is not responsible for pre-existing damage or failures that are not caused by our workmanship.
Additional authorization or acknowledgement may be requested for services involving elevated risk.
12. Photos and Documentation
Kaleb Auto Glass may photograph or document a vehicle before, during, or after service for purposes such as documenting vehicle condition, verifying completed work, processing warranty matters, maintaining service records, or resolving disputes.
Use of identifiable customer or vehicle images for advertising or promotional purposes may be subject to separate permission when appropriate.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with or link to third-party platforms.
Your use of those services may also be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies. Kaleb Auto Glass is not responsible for the operation or availability of independent third-party websites or platforms.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Kaleb Auto Glass name, branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, and other original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Kaleb Auto Glass LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use these materials without authorization, except as permitted by law.
15. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, submit fraudulent information, or misuse our services.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaleb Auto Glass LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional written agreement governing the specific service.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
