Yes, when scheduling and glass availability allow. Contact us with your VIN and we'll check availability for your vehicle.
Most windshield replacements take under an hour once your technician arrives. Some vehicles may require additional time.
We can often perform service if the vehicle is in a suitable garage or covered area. If weather conditions don't allow us to safely complete a quality installation, we'll work with the customer to reschedule.
Once your Kaleb Auto Glass technician completes the installation and releases the vehicle back to you, it is safe to drive. Your technician will let you know if your specific installation requires additional precautions.
We service windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and vent glass. We do not currently service sunroofs.
We use quality aftermarket glass by default. OEM glass is available upon request, subject to availability and pricing.
Your VIN allows us to accurately identify the correct glass and vehicle options. Vehicles can have multiple glass configurations even within the same year, make, and model.
We build our quotes to include the items necessary for the quoted service based on the vehicle information available to us. If incorrect information or an unexpected vehicle condition changes the required work, we'll communicate any necessary changes before proceeding.
Yes. Once your technician confirms the installation is complete and the vehicle is safe to release, you may drive normally.
Yes. Rain is completely fine and will not harm the installation.
Leave the tape in place until the morning after your service, then gently remove it.
Wait at least 48 hours before using an automatic or high-pressure car wash. Normal rain is fine.
For the first 24–48 hours, avoid unnecessary pressure on the windshield. Do not slam the vehicle doors and avoid high-pressure water or air directly around the windshield.
Contact Kaleb Auto Glass so we can inspect the installation. Workmanship-related issues will be corrected under our warranty.
Chip repair is $89 for the first qualifying chip and $34 for each additional qualifying chip repaired during the same service visit.
A chip generally needs to meet three basic qualifications:
- It must be a chip, not an existing crack.
- The damaged area must be under approximately 3 inches, or roughly the size of a credit card.
- Damage near the outer edge of the windshield or near windshield-mounted cameras may not qualify.
We'll evaluate the damage before beginning the repair.
Windshield repair involves working with glass that is already damaged, so there is always a possibility that the damage can spread.
If a qualifying chip cracks out while Kaleb Auto Glass is attempting the repair, the customer will not be charged for the attempted chip repair. Kaleb Auto Glass is not responsible for providing or paying for a replacement windshield as a result of the crack-out.
If the customer chooses to have Kaleb Auto Glass replace the windshield, we will credit the $89 chip-repair price toward the windshield replacement.
Not necessarily. The primary purpose of chip repair is to stabilize the damaged area and help prevent it from spreading. Its appearance will often improve, but some cosmetic evidence of the original damage may remain.
Our warranty covers workmanship-related issues from the installation, including water leaks, abnormal wind noise, and other installation-related concerns.
Our workmanship warranty lasts for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
The warranty does not cover new rock chips, cracks, impacts, accidents, vandalism, body damage, rust or corrosion, pre-existing damage, or damage unrelated to our installation.
Manufacturer defects may be covered when applicable. Damage occurring after installation, such as a new rock chip or impact, is not considered a workmanship issue.
Kaleb Auto Glass warranties our installation workmanship only. We cannot warranty the quality, fitment, defects, or condition of customer-supplied glass.
Contact Kaleb Auto Glass to arrange an inspection. If the issue is related to our workmanship, we will correct it at no charge.
No. There is no service-call fee for a legitimate warranty inspection.
